The Pro Shop Pub is a gay club that offers a taste of fun and excitement every single day of the week. It is located a few miles away from Clearwater beach and has been known to attract tourist and host a large amount of regulars. Pro Shop Pub is open from 1:00 pm to 2:00 am. The Pro Shop Pub first opened in the year 1976. It was originally a pub that served beer, wine and sandwiches. Their initial plan was to start a golf pro shop in front, but that all changed when they hired a lesbian bartender. The gay community became some of their beloved regulars. Gail Anderson, the owner decided to covert it into a gay club when she and her son Mike noticed the tripling increase in business. To this day it is one of the longest running gay bars in the country.

Every night is a new experience at the Pro Shop Pub. Here are some of their gimmicks that have been attracting so many customers. Monday night is UNDIE night. From 7:00 pm drinks and beer cost only $2. You can even get it at $1.50, if you go shirtless. On Tuesday’s, you can enjoy a Schnapps shot for only $1. This goes on all day and all night. Hump Day, is how they call Wednesday nights. Between 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm you can have Jagermeister and Cuervo Gold shots for only $1. Then from 7:00 pm onwards they have great two for one drink. Thursday nights are spiced up with Goldschlager shots for only $1. Friday is the day for relaxation and unwinding. Wear a Pro Shop Pub T-shirt or any Beer club shirt on Saturday and enjoy two for one drink all night long.

The Pro Shop Pub also holds a Full Moon Party every month. You can enjoy draft beer for only 50 cents. On November 30th, Pro Shop Pub will be having the Clearwater Party Central.
